Refund policy
Please contact us directly if there is any problem with your purchase and we will try our best to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Returns
We only accept returns in the case of damage during transit. We will refund the customer or we will offer a new piece in replacement of receiving a damaged item. Our policy lasts 30 days from the actual delivery date to the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused if a garment or damaged if a piece of art etc.
Once your return is received back to us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and refund or replace your purchase.
Return shipping
Please send your return item to: Bortusk Leer, Zeeburgerdijk 209-B, 1095 AC, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for us to receive your returned product may vary. The same goes for all items sent back out in exchange.
If you are shipping an item over €100, we recommend you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unfortunately no refund/exchange can be done for any goods that go missing in the post when being returned.
